Whats new today

Hey Gang, ... Ole' Blue has not got up yet. But he Is crawing aroung and for the First time today he eat and drank on his own. ---------------- And after he eat some soft food by him-self and drank MUCH water. ----- He tried to take a bite out of his leg. ----- But quickly let go. (smiling) because this tells me he's coming on around.

Carroll has In fact lost 15 Lbs. Lololol ... For real !!!

Ole' Blue Is now at least trying to crawl to us. And at times, he tries to Get-up. So he Is not paralyzed. -------- Carroll says he might need to build more strenth.

And he NOW for sure Knows who we are. ... Carroll says It's just gonna take time. It's been almost a week. --------- But I am SO Grateful for just the small Improvements he's made.

Well, Big Improvement today !!!. And he hasn't had a seizure for 3 days now. However, the ScAry part Is. ----- If Ole'Blue makes It. We're not yet for sure how much damage Is done.

But If there Is quite a bit of Brain-damage done. ------- Carroll says he'll fit right In. Lolololol

That is GREAT news! I think this means he will be okay! Maybe you can call him hard head junior!

Yeah I for sure hope he makes It. It's just that I had gotton so close to him In a Very short time. ------- And his expresions Etc, ... Is just so inbreded In my mind. SHHhhoooo

No change In Ole' Blue this morning. ----- But today Is not over yet. And I'm not for sure If Carroll and me will be leaving today or tomorrow. But rather we leave today or tomorrow. ... we'll need to pack ole' Blue with us.

Is his eyes open? I'd say if he is moving around he is okay. What did the vet say? I know, I love dogs, they are your true best friend no matter what!

Yeah that Is what Carroll keeps saying. He says, It takes time TyAnn. Lol

But Ole' Blue Is and has taken a turn for the worse. He Is now having
Grand Mal Seizures.

And He Is now here In the Living Room floor. And I just don't understand ???
because just yesterday he was doing so much better.

And Althought the Vet here In East Bend has always came to our home. Here
In the last couple of years, we just haven't been totally pleased from his
service.


So In the morning, Carroll will take Ole' Blue to a different Vet. Or the one that
actually helped Baby. I believe we're gonna make him our primary all aroung Vet.

Well, I'd have to say Paint, Baby, Blue, and Happy are my Non-human Best friends.

Tyann, there are medicines for dogs that have seizures. Poor Ole Blue might have to be on permanent Colanazapam for dogs or something. You need to write when he is having the seizurs, what time of day, etc and contact a decent vet. How may seizures has he had? Poor dog, I think he will come out of it, but he may have a life time fear of horses.

I hate cars, I still have a hard time being in cars for several hours, I would rather take a plane!

Steph, One Vet has already prescribed Ole' Blue diazepam. And he has a Dog-helmet on.. And we or Carroll has followed the Vet's Instructions to a T. -------- A severe head-Injury rather It be a Dog or human can be very different and difficult. ----------- Blue went from doing Not so Good. To doing Great !!!.

However, He's now worse than ever. ------- And like Kathy had said earlier. It takes time.


And Carroll Is the Most patient man that I have Ever known. He has NeVer raised his Voice
at me but ONE time.

And I honestly wish that I could say the same.

Steph, the Vet has already prescribed Blue Diazepam and he has a Dog helmet on. However,
rather It be a Human or a Dog. A severe Heah-Injury can be very difficult. And like Kathy
said earlier, It takes time.

However, Carroll Is the MOst Patient Man that I know. Where on the other hand, I can be
very Impatient. ... Also, Carroll has NeVER but ONE time, raised his voice at me.

And I wish that I could say the Same.

I have just received an E-mail from face-book so's I can joIN and be Annette's friend.

I tried logging on Annette. But I forgot my pass-word and they are having to send me another one.

I know several folks who are on/with Face-book. ----- But I don't go on there much.

I don't mind facebook but Marko hates it! So we have promised not to open a facebook account now for 2 years. But since everyone and their momma has one I may have to sign up!

Facebook is a place for people to find their old classmates, high school buddies and all.This would be good for dad but for me, my old high school buddies only got me in trouble!

I'm with you Steph concerning Face-book. And although I didn't finish High-school I was popular. ------------- Shoot, people who Graduated years before and after me knew
me. Lol --------------------------------- I was known thru-OuT the LAND.

But you/Me OR many can find Thousands of Ele.-friends from My-space, Face-book, and
just from Many, Many, forums. ---------- SHhhhoooo The older I get the less drama I need In my life. ---------- Us just having Annell, and the Boys keeps me very busy.

Carroll just called.

And this Nerosurgeon-Vet says that Blue should be just fine. And that there shouldn't be any Brain damage. WhaaaaaT !!! ???. I don't mean to be skeptical, Etc, ... but today makes a week that Carroll has tube-fed and has had to tube water Blue. And there was only ONE day that Blue did Lay down and eat and drank on his own. But after that, he began going totally backwards.


This Vet gave Blue a Steroid shot Etc, ... and told Carroll that we need to be sure that Ole'
Blue finishes his Meds.

Dam !!! All Blue can do Is Lay on the Floor. ------------ He can not eat, Drink, walk, Bark, Etc.
And It has been a week today. --------- And he's Gonna be fine ???. Also, Blue had 4 to 5 seizures last night and 1 early this morning.

This week, Carroll has put ALL his time Into Ole' Blue. And Tony and the Doc. says that most would have lost hope Etc, etc, etc, ... ------------- ( Like Me) ... But Carroll was gonna give Ole' Blue every opportunity possible.

Thank you Carroll for putting up with ME.

And I guess a Head-Injury's just takes time.

The vet knows what he is doing. Let's just call Old Blue the miracle dog! I have a good feeling about Ole Blue...

And I do need to surly have more Faith. ... And Carroll says this Is all that has kept him going. Kathy, Carroll said that Faith and believeing that Ole' Blue will pull through. Is the only thing
that has kept him moving forward.

And I don't know why I gave Up so soon. It was just seeing Blue like he Is. ... lifeless.
And he still has no living signs. Yeah, I sure do need more Faith.

I sent you all an E-mail of Blue when he was little. Did y'all get It.

They might be some DNA Between you and Carroll. ------- I do believe more Now than
I did earlier this Morning. ----- I was SO sick. And actually believed that Carroll was gonna call me and Say, where would you like to Bury Blue. ------- I honestly thought this.

Thanks, Blue has not had One seizure since he's been home. But he ain't woke up
at all either.
