| Good Morning !!!  Yeah Steph, maybe one of these days I will watch these movies and a lot more. I had gotton an E-mail this morning saying that they are calling for rain.  So we probabably wil not ride this week-end.  Well, I for sure will be busy today. -------- And I have a meeting up In Mt. Airy tonight from 5:30 pm till 7:30 pm.  | |

| It is where you swim 500 yards, bike 17 miles, and run 3 miles. And truthfully, I have no idea what possessed him to do this!!  Maybe it was the knee surgery and not being able to excercise for a long time? I think dad is going to get a faster internet soon, cause his is acting up.  Good night! | |
